Founded axiv.com (later VOYAGE GROUP) with a friend in 1999, after previously working at a consultancy firm. He was responsible for the conclusion of a capital alliance with CyberAgent in 2001, and was appointed director of CyberAgent in 2005. He led the MBO in 2012, the listing on TSE Mothers in 2014, and the subsequent move to TSE First Section. Appointed Chairperson and CEO of CARTA HOLDINGS in 2019. As outside director of istyle Inc.

Masashi Nishizono
Joined VOYAGE GROUP (currently CARTA HOLDINGS) in 2007 as a new graduate. Since then, he has played a pivotal role in launching and expanding new business initiatives across a diverse range of domains, including advertising, media, and commerce. In 2013, he was appointed Executive Officer, leading key business development efforts. He was subsequently promoted to Senior Executive Officer of CARTA HOLDINGS in 2019. Following a group reorganization in 2023, he assumed the role of President and CEO of CARTA MARKETING FIRM. In 2024, he was appointed Director of CARTA COMMUNICATIONS, where he oversaw the company’s video and broadcasting operations. As of 2025, he serves as Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of CARTA ZERO, while concurrently overseeing the group’s broadcasting business, spearheading initiatives in its next phase of growth.

Rika Kajiwara
Joined Cyber Communications (currently CARTA COMMUNICATIONS) and engaged in various duties including advertising planning and sales, data management, and public relations. After the integration of CARTA HOLDINGS, she led key initiatives as the Head of Culture and Branding, and was appointed Executive Officer and Head of the Group Communication Division in 2023. As Chairperson of the Sustainability Committee, she actively contributed to promoting sustainable management. Appointed Director and CSO (Chief Sustainability Officer) of CARTA HOLDINGS in 2025.
